EVALUACION FORMATIVA!!!

Hola a todos...
Siento mucho haberme demorado, lo que sucede es que estoy en una capacitación del PEP y las jornadas son especialmente ¨intensas¨, como los Lunes en nuestro salón!!!!

Bueno, voy a explicarles paso a paso cómo funcionará su evaluación formativa....

1. Ya hemos identificado nuestros estilos de aprendizaje, es decir, cómo aprendemos mejor.

2.  Como ya hemos ido entendiendo cómo se construye el conocimiento, identificamos que ¨sabemos lo que sabemos¨( o sea que la metacognición nos , escojo uno de esos grandes saberes en los que soy muy hábil, para poder compartirlo con otros.

3.  Con nuestro estilo de aprendizaje en mente, debemos planificar y en clase ejecutar una pequeña experiencia para compartir en nuestra comunidad de aprendizaje, con el objetivo de enseñar a otros ese gran saber que escogimos.

4. Para el miércoles próximo, en nuestra evaluación formativa, la idea es que deben presentar además el formato que les permitió planificar lo que harán, los recursos,etc.

En su mail, existe la herramienta de evaluación con la que evaluaremos esta experiencia, por favor, tengan en cuenta los aspectos que se describen allí, para estar seguros de que no se les escapa ninguno.  También está anexo el formato que deben llenar con su plan y que deberán presentar el miércoles.  Recuerden que para todos es claro que somos NIÑOS, que la idea es gozar lo que hacemos; no planeen cosas muy complicadas o sofisticadas, porque ello no siempre asegura que logremos el objetivo, a veces, conservar la sencillez nos permite ser más felices y ser más claro en el objetivo.

Hi babies... as a result of our discussions about Learning Communities, here you have the tool we decide to use as a factor to improve the level of cooperation and interaction during learning processes this year!!!. It has been a nice option and I really hope you will share here, enriching not only YOUR LEARNING NEEDS but also OTHERS´ LEARNING NEEDS.  I will be connected most of the time, so, I ´ll be there to guide you if you need me, supporting your inquiries, maybe giving advice when needed but most important than it: it is all here for you to be ACTIVE LEADERS in our learning community!!!.

Some of the aspects we found out today about learning communities are:  INTERACTION, PARTICIPATION, HELP, LISTEN TO OTHERS, GIVING ADVICE, RESPECT,  SUGGESTING NEW MATERIAL, SOLVING QUESTIONS IF POSSIBLE, WONDERING ABOUT ISSUES, WORKING AS A TEAM, FEELING COMMITED TO REACH SUCCESS TOGETHER, KNOWING ABOUT LEARNING STYLES AND LEARNING NEEDS IN OUR TEAM.  So, this is the goal through this blog... make all of them become true, having possibilities to find ways to enrich others´ needs through our talents, skills and strengths.
