WELCOME.....

Hi babies... as a result of our discussions about Learning Communities, here you have the tool we decide to use as a factor to improve the level of cooperation and interaction during learning processes this year!!!. It has been a nice option and I really hope you will share here, enriching not only YOUR LEARNING NEEDS but also OTHERS´ LEARNING NEEDS.  I will be connected most of the time, so, I ´ll be there to guide you if you need me, supporting your inquiries, maybe giving advice when needed but most important than it: it is all here for you to be ACTIVE LEADERS in our learning community!!!.

Some of the aspects we found out today about learning communities are:  INTERACTION, PARTICIPATION, HELP, LISTEN TO OTHERS, GIVING ADVICE, RESPECT,  SUGGESTING NEW MATERIAL, SOLVING QUESTIONS IF POSSIBLE, WONDERING ABOUT ISSUES, WORKING AS A TEAM, FEELING COMMITED TO REACH SUCCESS TOGETHER, KNOWING ABOUT LEARNING STYLES AND LEARNING NEEDS IN OUR TEAM.  So, this is the goal through this blog... make all of them become true, having possibilities to find ways to enrich others´ needs through our talents, skills and strengths.
